Medical Staff

Rachel Fiori, MD

Dr. Fiori, a Fort Smith native, takes great pride in providing general adult psychiatric services in her hometown. She earned her medical degree in 2008 and completed her psychiatric residency in 2012, both at UAMS, and has been practicing in Fort Smith since 2014.

In 2021, Dr. Fiori joined CPW as Medical Director, and she is thrilled to introduce new interventional psychiatry treatments for depression. Starting in 2022, NeuroStar TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) was made available, followed by Ketamine therapy in 2023, expanding the range of treatments CPW offers to its patients.

Dr. Fiori’s dedication to her patients and her commitment to advancing psychiatric care make her an invaluable asset to the Center for Psychiatric Wellness. Her efforts ensure that CPW remains at the forefront of mental health treatment, providing innovative and effective options to improve the well-being of our community.

William Clint Kindrick, MD

Dr. William Clint Kindrick is the founder of CPW. He graduated from University Of Arkansas College Of Medicine in 2009 and completed residency in Psychiatry in 2013.

Dr. Kindrick has experience treating both adults and children and, in addition to his work at CPW ,sees patients at a local inpatient hospital.

James Gattis, APRN

James Gattis has been working in the mental health field since 1995 and has spent the last 12 years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Originally from Charleston, he has lived in the area for most of his life.

James obtained his Associates of Applied Science from Westark Community College in 1995, Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University in 2003, and Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of South Alabama in 2010.

He possesses extensive experience in treating a range of psychiatric disorders, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Tiffany Diaz, APRN

Tiffany Diaz is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides outpatient psychiatric services to adults at CPW. Tiffany began her nursing career in 2014 and gained experience working in various units, including the emergency department, cardiac step-down, and geriatric psychiatric units. In December 2020, she earned her Master’s in Nursing Science degree from UAMS and joined CPW in the spring of 2021.

Tiffany is a veteran of the United States Army and is passionate about exercise, recognizing its importance for mental health. She was invited to speak at the Arkansas Chapter American Psychiatric Nurse’s Association (APNA) state convention in 2020 and the West Central Arkansas Mental Health Counselors State Association in 2022 about the benefits of massage for reducing anxiety and depression and Trauma-Informed Massage. Furthermore, she has developed a nationally approved Trauma-Informed Massage continuing education course for licensed massage therapists.

Mandi Williams, PMHNP, CNP-PC

Mandi Williams is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, specializing in children’s mental health from ages 3-18. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and completed her Master’s in Pediatrics at UAMS before returning to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health with a focus on children.

Mandi has been practicing since 2016, and her expertise lies in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents.

She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and personalized treatment plans to support the mental health needs of her patients.

Tara Norris, APRN

Tara has been with CPW since its inception and provides care to both adolescent and adult patients.

Lisa Little, LPC

Lisa Little holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, AR. She furthered her education with a Master of Science in Counseling from John Brown University. Lisa is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor, having obtained her license in 2009. She has a specialization in supervising LACs (Licensed Associate Counselors) on their path to full licensure. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Lisa has worked with a diverse range of individuals spanning various age groups.

In her client work, Lisa primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy as her approach. However, she also incorporates person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-based counseling techniques. Outside of her profession, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, making it one of her favorite pastimes.

Kacie Carroll, LPC

Kacie Carroll is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong educational background and diverse experience in the field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and went on to pursue further education at John Brown University. In 2017, she obtained a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout her career, Kacie has worked in different settings, including school-based, community mental health, and private practice.

She brings a comprehensive range of therapeutic approaches to her practice, including cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered counseling. By utilizing these methods, Kacie is dedicated to assisting her clients in achieving their goals and facilitating positive change in their lives.

T.C. Long, LPC

TC Long is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. With 22 years of experience, he has worked in diverse settings, including residential, outpatient, community mental health, and private practice. TC is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and proficient in providing telehealth services.

Specializing in assisting teenagers and adults, TC is passionate about addressing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger management, past trauma, stress management, and coping skills.

He adopts a client-centered approach, prioritizing active listening, empathy, and collaborative goal-setting with his clients.

Sydney Moore, TMS Coordinator

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, Sydney Moore recognized the growing need for interventional psychiatry. Joining the TMS team as a treater in June 2023 was an easy decision for her. In this role, she has learned, advocated, encouraged, and grown, continually advancing her own mental and physical health while furthering her education.

Sydney’s journey has been marked by significant personal and professional development. Rising to the coordinator position has been rewarding, allowing her to witness remarkable improvements in those struggling with mental health. Her dedication to her patients and the field of mental health is evident in every aspect of her work.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Brown University, Sydney remains committed to advancing mental health treatment.

Alicia Willhite, TMS Treater

Alicia Willhite is a dedicated Detoxification Specialist and Substance Abuse Counselor, as well as one of the TMS Treaters/Co-Coordinators at our center. Her extensive duties include conducting TMS treatment consults, performing assessments, planning TMS treatments, and administering TMS sessions to patients. Alicia is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

Alicia is passionate about providing life-changing support to others. She takes great pride in offering compassion, inspiring hope, and helping individuals learn how they can overcome challenges and achieve recovery.

Her commitment to her patients and her dedication to her studies make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that every person she works with receives the best possible care and guidance on their journey to wellness.

Tyler Lancaster, TMS Treater

Tyler Lancaster is a dedicated TMS Treater who utilizes the latest technology in transcranial magnetic stimulation to address symptoms of depression, offering an alternative to traditional medication. Tyler believes that treating depression at its source is crucial for long-term recovery and a brighter future. Over the past six years, he has served in the nursing field in the River Valley, focusing on Alzheimer’s and dementia care as well as hospice care since 2017.

Tyler has an extensive educational background, having studied nursing at both NWTI and NWACC, and business management at the University of Phoenix (UOPX). His diverse experience and commitment to compassionate care make him a valuable asset to our team. Tyler’s passion for improving mental health and his dedication to using innovative treatments ensure that his patients receive the best possible care on their journey to recovery.

Caylee Cross, Clinic Manager

Caylee Cross currently serves as Office Manager at the Center for Psychiatric Wellness.
